Our Future
An award-winning (paid) summer programme offering 16 to 19 year-olds a unique opportunity to develop essential career skills through immersive workshops, mentorship and hands-on projects, providing a valuable insight into the professional world.
Bloomin Marvellous
An exploratory programme that invites children to discover the world of horticulture through hands-on gardening, planting, and green-space stewardship — building confidence, creativity, and a deeper appreciation of nature’s role in our city.
Living Works
Helping local people access meaningful employment by connecting them with local businesses and providing tailored opportunities for career development, work experience, and apprenticeships that strengthen individual prospects and the wider Southwark community.
About Us
Living Bankside Academy is an award-winning initiative of the charity Living Bankside, created to empower young people across Southwark to realise their potential through transformative learning and mentorship.
Working alongside some of the UK’s leading companies and organisations, the Academy provides tailored programmes that develop essential life, professional, and creative skills.
By opening doors to opportunity and guidance, it helps young people — particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds — build the confidence, experience, and ambition to shape successful futures.
